Sara Meir

Sara was born in Jerusalem where she grew up. She studied for two years at the Bezalel Academy of Art. Later she spent four years in Scandinavia, working in the Israeli Embassies of Stockholm and Copenhagen.

Sara is married and has three children and has lived in Eilat, with her family, since 1969.

During her years in Eilat, Sara continued working and studying with several art teachers and, for the last five years, she has belonged to an independent group of artists.

Sara is a member of the Israel Painters and Sculptors Association. She has held two one woman exhibitions in Eilat and has participated in many group exhibitions in Israel, Germany and Holland.
